"Heat Pack Uses Relieves arthritis pain, backaches and muscular aches. Directions MICROWAVE PREPARATION: Clean microwave to eliminate food particles and/or fluid residue. These particles and residues can create 'hot spots' in Therabeads. THERABEADS PREPARATION: Place product in clean microwave and heat at full power for 30 seconds. (For non-carousel type microwaves, heat 15 seconds and then rotate pack 180 degrees for an additional 15 seconds). Touch test Therabeads pack before using. NOTE: 30 seconds of heating should bring Therabeads to the desired temperature.
