"Water Bottle, Hygiene and Enema System Uses Recommended for use when hot or cold applications are needed for pain and muscle aches and as a personal hygiene and enema system. Directions Water Bottle Use: Use only plain tap water in the bottle. Using anything other than plain tap water could destroy or damage the bottle. Let out excess air before placing stopper into threaded opening. Turn stopper so it fits securely into threads and tighten. Test for leakage by turning bottle upside down and pressing down on bottle firmly. For Warm Application: Fill bottle 3/4 full with tap water only.
