Alka-Seltzer Plus Day Cold Liquid Berry Flavor 6 ounces
"Pain Reliever, Fever Reducer, Cough Suppressant, Nasal Decongestant Uses Temporarily relieves these symptoms due to a cold or flu with cough: minor aches and pains, headache, coughing, nasal and sinus congestion, sore throat; temporarily reduces fever.
